Well blogs are not that hard to deal with really a little daunting at first but I'm sure you will get the hang of it and be making blogs of your own real quick,, you have to be in the "blogger dashboard" to edit bllogs, change major setting for the blog change everything, this blog will be run by a team all contributing there'll be admins to regulate posts but anyone can post...
